Leading Products
Optical Lenses
For our production of lenses, we use both conventional and CNC generating, polishing and centering machines. We are feeling very confident in reworking optics from 10 mm to over 150 mm in diameter. ii. With our production equipment, we are able to assure relatively high volume of optical components with less workforce and optimized production costs.
Optical Windows and Filters
In our production devision for flat optics, we have double side polishing machines and we can achieve flatness better than 3/ 0,2(0,2) (Lambda/10 per MIL, Lambda/20 for some sizes) and surface quality 5/3×0,025 per ISO (10-5 S/D per MIL). Some of our customers are leading European companies for optics, which is a reference for our good quality and service.
Optical prisms
OPTAplus is able to provide different types of prisms like Right Angel Prism, Dove Prism, Penta Prism, Beamsplitters, Corner Cube Retroreflectors etc.
Opto-mechanical Systems and Subassemblies
OPTAplus is able to produce high qualitative mechanical components for opto-mechanical devices and subsystems. We could also offer to our customers assembling of opto-mechanical systems on customer’s request in a room for clean assembling with ESD equipment.
Opto-mechanical Design
We develop and design various kinds of mechanical and opto-mechanical systems, including complete solutions and modules by customer request, including creating of 2D and/or 3D drawings and developing of Self-concept systems. Our technical team is able to modernize already working systems in order to improve the quality and to reduce the production cost.

OPTAplus BG & SCHOTT has started a strategic partnership in distributing Optical Filter Glasses. An inventory of the most popular through the optical engineers SCHOTT filter glasses is being kept in stock at OPTAplus and are currently available in their standard dimensions.
